Return Policy

Items eligible for return: Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the original online order number.

Please note: Return processing may take 14-30 business days from the date received in our warehouse. We ask for your patience and understanding as additional delays may occur.

Free Returns Within 15 Days of Receiving Your Order.

For a free return you must place your return in the mail within 15 days of your original delivery date. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment

Returns Marked as FINAL SALE

We will not process your return. If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Carvalho Couture ® has the right to deny credit.

Need to Exchange an Item?

If you need to exchange an item, it's recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise

If You Have Received Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Please email orders@carvalhocouture.com within 7 days so we can replace or take back the incorrect item(s) for a full refund.

If You Suspect Your Merchandise Is Missing

Please email orders@carvalhocouture.com within 7 days of the posted delivery date so that we can contact FedEx to open an investigation.
